NGD: 2021 CU22 Piezo

Well, new for me:

I'm hoping that it will handle electric and acoustic duties for short performance where I need both but. Current plan: longer sets, use my Gibson acoustic and PRS Paul's, and short sets, use this one. Running through a Helix to a PowerCab I can get natural acoustic sounds through the same rig as my electric.

I haven't had much of a chance to play it yet, but so far so good. I may want to turn down the volume a little on the bass strings (for the piezo).

I played it last night at a band practice. It worked really well, and plays great. I really do like the 85/15 pickups in it. The band commented on how great it sounded.

Huge range of sounds available with a trem piezo!

Total score! The piezo gives sweet icing on the cake with the 85/15. Blending these gives a distinct sound with some acoustic gloss on the high end. Really great acquisition!!
