NGD: 10 top S2!

Not sure how this gem piece of maple got past the evaluators and slipped all the way to the S2 bin, but this took my breath away when I saw it on the Sweetwater site. Thanks to Chris for helping to make it happen. Just snagged a set of 57/08s on Reverb...this should be killer

Very nice S2, how ! I've been browsing their S2 Singlecut Semi-hollow selection recently... That Scarlet Red one is calling my name! Let us know how you like it, even before adding the 57/08 pups.

I flat out love it, even with the stock pu's. They're ok...a little underpowered, but serviceable. The guitar is a bit lighter due to the thinner body; and the rosewood on the fingerboard is definitely a lower quality. But it's a great instrument. And actually, I'm really starting to dig (prefer?) the S2s' angled cut versus the rounded top. And I also prefer how the burst on the S2s' come further in to the. I think it gives more dimension and impact. Can't wait for the 57/08s
