Well I've had a few questions andcy'all have been great helping me with my decision. I had it narrowed down to a couple Custom 24s 1 Custom 22, 2 CE 22s and 2 thinline McCartys.
And then...while pondering colors, dots, (moons?) birds this 2006 McCarty in natural showed up at what I think was a real good price of 1,700 bucks. I pulled the trigger and it should be here next week.
I'm trying to figure out how to post pics.
Thank y'all for the help.

Nice acquisition! It looks like there maybe Silver Sky locking tuners are on it.

Its gonna be sweet!
I think you're right about the tuners. I checked online and it should've been a straight swap. Previous owner musta just wanted lockers. Thanks for pointing it out, with my knowledge of PRS guitars I probably wouldn't have noticed. Probably just gonna leave it that way.

If you prefer lockers but want the vintage look like the standard McCarty tuners, John Mann has them. Put them on mine, looks great.

Very cool. Also would've had black speed knobs. I'll never complain about lampshades, but I'd have gone with amber.

EDIT: I take that back, it would've had gold speed knobs.
