Congrats on your new guitar! Sending it to the PTC is a good idea. As already mentioned there may be an issue with the tremolo and or/nut and the PTC should be able to address all of those issues.

I got it back from PRS yesterday, unfortunately it still has tuning issues. Looks like it will be going back?
