New to PRS - looking for pickups.

I just purchase a PRS SE Dave Navarro. I really have no clue about these - but after selling off most of my guitar collection, I was looking for a less expensive option to back up my Gibson SG and EBMM Majesty. I saw this one hanging in the local store for $350, and after playing it ended up buying it for $300 - seems like a good deal.

My only knocks are the tuners, the nut and the pickups. The tuners and nut are easy enough to take care of, but being new to PRS, I'm not sure what pickups I want to use. I'm eyeing some DiMarzio AT1's - but if anyone has some suggestions to upgrade the stock pickups in this guitar I would definitely be interested.

Well, what kind of pickups are you looking for? AT1 is a nice one. I have a Gravity Storm bridge and FRED neck combo in my SE CU24, great hot rock pickups. 57/08's are incredible for vintage output.
