I have just switched over to PRS after playing Gibson's for years. So far I am loving it. I have a 2016 PRS Custom 24 Core USA and it's amazing. Anyway I have noticed that the Volume pot seems to be wonky. When I rotate it, the shaft doesn't stay central. The knob is definitely mounted straight. It's the shaft that is not. It's only a small amount, but on a 2.5k guitar I find it annoying. Is it worth sending it back to have the pot switched out or is this fairly normal? Any advice would be great.
Thankyou

Contact Matt and all will be fine. Have a guitar where the neck was not centered during assembly and it was fixed even though the guitar passed the warranty period for free.

Matt is in the ptc group att prs factory. Call the customer service number for prs and ask for Matt or let them know your issue and see what they instruct you to do.
