Hey Everyone, new to the forum and have a few things I'd like to talk about. I currently own two se Santana models. My first is a 2014 22 fret model and the second is 2022 24 fret model. I previously owned an se soap bar 2. The reason I'm posting is I would love to have an se Santana model with Soapbar pickups, wide fat neck, the bridge they use on the se Mira and same wiring as current se Santana models. What your thoughts??

I dig it. I know I've seen that before but don't like . the bridge on it and unsure of neck shape. Beggars can't be choosers though

You can do it yourself. Make that guitar your 0wn. Mississippi queens are P90 pickups that fit in humbucker slots. Drop in a Mira bridge and do the wiring when you swap the pickups. Done!

It's easy enough to update to an adjustable bridge.

You can do it yourself. Make that guitar your 0wn. Mississippi queens are P90 pickups that fit in humbucker slots. Drop in a Mira bridge and do the wiring when you swap the pickups. Done!

That's the ticket right there. Get the exact desired general Santana specs and make those mods! As I understand the Mississippi Queen set uses a true flat/wide P90 bobbin so the tone is pretty dead-on vs. a lot of other bucker-sized "P90 style" pickups.

Great idea in concept. Price becomes astronomical. Mississippi queens $340 a set. Closest to what I want is an se Mira $550 used. Hate pickguards. I may just hardtail my 22fret Santana and load it with p90s. Then I could always switch back to stock no harm no foul

What is a Mira bridge? I've seen them with solid and adjustable saddle bridges.
