Hey all! New guy here and I'm hoping to get some advice from the pros here. Short story long, I have a 1995 PES CE24 in trans black. I'm the only owner and purchased it from Lyle at A# Music in Renton, WA. Serial number is 5712368. I think I bought it in either '95 or '96, unfortunately I don't have the receipt anymore but I've got the case, hanger and tools. It's in great condition, no nicks but a couple scratches on the backside.
The long part of the story is that this has been the one guitar I've kept over the year. I've released Strats of all types, a few ESPs, 4 Jems, a few other Ibanez guitars and so on. I keep the PRS because, well it was the first high end guitar I ever bought and had sentimental value. The downside is - and I hope I don't get stoned for this on a PRS forum - but I love Jems and if I had to have only ONE electric it would be a Jem. And that's where I'm at, I gotta be a one guitar guy for a while.
I'm wondering what the going rate could be for my guitar? I can post pics if it helps but I've heard the pre factory PRS' are a bit more valuable but I have no idea if mine would be considered pre factory?
