Just got a new SE DGT. Gold top. 7lbs 5oz. Absolutely love it except that the tone pot (push/pull) has some slop/play so I figured I’d change it and while I’m at it I am going to swap the volumes to the more “standard” configuration. Anyone know a US made equivalent push/pull and set of volume pots? I don’t want to change how this guitar sounds.
Thanks!

I'm in the same boat. Just got a used SE DGT (which I'm loving) and want to swap the order of the volume pots too. From your post it seems are you looking to replace the volume pots. If so, why?

For the tone pull pot, PRS sells a $22.00 "direct replacement". Not sure what their "custom taper" is, but most people use a linear taper pot for tone positions (audio or "logarithmic" taper for volumes). I've seen them for less $$, but this should certainly work. It looks like a 500k 3/4" bushing DPDT pot, which are sold by many parts vendors.

Volume pots are also probably 500K audio tapers, but without removing one I can't tell the bushing length.
PRS also sells replacement volume pots:

In addition to switching the order of the vol pots, I'd like to replace them with individual pull pots. I like to be able to coil tap individual pickups for either blending in the middle selector position or for switching between rhythm on one pup and lead on the other.

Is the DGT 500k or a different value? I know you can find CTE 500kohm push/pull pots.
PRS's replacement pot says 500k, which makes sense for humbuckers. Yes, 500k pull pots are not difficult to find. I don't know what bushing (shaft) length is required as I've never owned or worked on a PRS. I know Les Pauls require 3/4" bushings, whereas Fenders and non-arch top guitars use 3/8" bushings.

I’ll have to pull a pot and measure

I thought I’d change the volume pots with US made since I’ll be it there anyways. The stock volume pots have a very abrupt taper. Going from 10 to 8 there is a smooth drop off in volume (and its effect on the amp). From 8 to 7 is quite a substantial drop off in volume……making anything below 7.5 or so too drastic to still utilize in a mix/band scenario.
