New SE 245...Pickups???

Just picked up a new PRS SE 245 and was wondering which pickups it comes with and what you'd recommend as replacements. Thanks

They come with prs designed 245 pickups. I have just put #7 pickups in mine and they sound great.

What kind of sound are you after? How much output?

I play mostly classic rock and some heavy metal, this is my first PRS, I'm a Strat guy for the most part, but I really like the PRS, pretty impressed with the stock pickups but would like to know what others have done, just wondering.

I really liked the stock pickups too, ended up replacing them but only because I had been jonesing for a set of 57/08's for a long time, and it just felt right to put them in that guitar. They sound excellent, but they're hard to get. The 7's mentioned above would be a nice pick, 59/09's would be great too. I've also always wanted to hear a set of Duncan Alnico Pro II's in an SE 245.
