It's usually an order window. Like however may are ordered from now until the end of the year, or something like that. If it was limited to a number of pieces, like 300, that is usually mentioned in the videos or release announcement.

Are there any retailers known for offering limited edition SEs?

I got a gorgeous LE MIM Fender from Adorama a few years ago (surprised such a great color would only be available from such a random retailer) and curious what retailers get special stuff from PRS.
