New PRS and the knobs wiggle

So I just bought a new custom 24 with a manufacturing date of mid-June ‘19. I noticed that both the volume and tone knobs have some movement in them. Kinda like they didn’t tighten the nuts enough. That can’t be normal can it? I have two much older PRSs and their knobs have no play in them after decades of use.

Should I just pop off the knobs and tighten or is something wrong with the pots themselves?

I'd pull the knobs off and tighten. Doesn't hurt to try and then you'll know for sure if that's the problem.
