New PRS 594 Owner

I play pretty hard and never break strings ( DR Tite site 10-46 ) I have 2 -PRS with the 2 price bridges ( SC58 and a Starla ) compared to a Les Paul the newer 2 piece bridge seems to gave a pretty relaxed break angle and nice wide saddles.
I believe you are on the right track contacting PTC something seems amiss if you break strings that quick no matter how hard you play
