New pickups for SC250: help me decide!

I'm looking to replace the pickups in my SC250. I want something that would be equivalent to a hot PAF. Of the above choices, i've tried everything except the 59/09s, with good results. Basically, right now I'm looking for any feedback people have along the lines of "You NEED to get [X set] because_____." Thanks for your help!

That's a great question, probably depends on the type of music you play I suppose. I could never switch out the pups in my SC250, love them too much.

I hope you're happy with whatever you end up with, and PM me if you want to sell the old SC250 pups.

I will definitely do that!

I play a mix of styles, from pop to rock to metal to country... I guess you could call it "alternative".

While I admit I haven't tried the other pickups you're considering, I love the 59/09 set. I think it would serve you well for your music choices. Give it a shot, if possible!

I love the 5909's in the SC.

Motor City makes some amazing pickups. I have a pair of the Afwayu in my Chris Henderson 250 and it's one of my faves. Believe it or not the HFS Vintage Bass combo works great in the 250 models as well.
