I've lusted over PRS guitars since I was in high school. All the bands I was listening to at the time were using PRS (man I love nu-metal) and I spent hours during study halls looking at forums and online shops just drooling over PRSi.

I finally picked up my first PRS back in 2016: a brand new CE-24 in whale blue, a color I lusted after for years. I love it.

I was bored at work a few weeks ago and got an email from (prolific used gear website), which is never a good combo. I looked up PRS for funzies and found something so beautiful I couldn't stop thinking about it. A 2006 Custom 22 10-top. In teal. I'm a huge San Jose Sharks fan, and teal is their main color so I KNEW I had to have it. Put an offer on it and it showed up last night!

It tends to change color depending on lighting and angle. It's just a neat little fiddle! Not entirely sure how I feel about the rotary system and Dragon II pickups yet, but I need to play around with it some more.

And I guess since I've never posted it, I'll show off my CE-24 :D

Great looking guitar! Is that screw on the low E side of the bridge about to fall out? Or was the original replaced with a non stock screw that is too long?

...somehow I JUST noticed this, and it has been fixed lmao.

Thanks for all the kind comments guys! I'm getting used to the rotary switch and the DII neck pickup is indeed quite sweet :)
