New MT15 Question

Hey guys new here just got a new MT15 from Sweetwater and I love it so far but I noticed that the LED lights don't change color when I flip the channel switch on the amp but it does change colors when I change channels using the footswitch, is this normal or did I get a defective amp? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We have an older MT-15 in our store and there is no color change on ours either when using the switch to change channels. Colors change with footswitch so we are assumong that is normal..

You are correct. I had one from the year of release. Only changed with the footswitch.

No clue. But I only used the foot switch

That’s odd. My MT15 changes colors whether I use the switch on the amp itself or the foot switch.

The thing is ... IF the foot switch IS connected then it overrides the mini toggle switch on the amp (mini toggle does not work) ... IF the foot switch IS NOT connected, then you can switch it manually with the mini toggle switch on the amp. Makes sense, you can switch without the foot switch being connected.
