New Member and first PRS

High all, new to the forum and just received my first PRS which is a Eriza Verde SE Custon 2408. I bought it online and was very surprised at the flame maple veneer top. looking straight on it is not very pretty however at some angles the flame reveals itself. I was not expecting that. The irony of it all is it is actually one of the best book matched tops I have seen in photos. So I have an amazing top and not, both at the same time.
Starting to love it now, however it was a test. I have to have it positioned just right so it looks good from my favorite chair!
Anyway, love playing it, the TCI S pickups are nice and I like the coil splits. I can see why people love them and buy the core models. Will I do that? hmmmmmm you never know.
I detect the member SE model division, but hey, they are very good and great value.

Yep just a great guitar. I was blown away by the TCI S pickups as well. I started with a Paul's SE, but my photo indicates that it expanded to an SE and two cores rather quickly.. when the SE is so good you wonder, is the core that much better? Indeed it is. Welcome to the group.
