While I am aware most P65 Warnings are harmless and don't indicate any actual harm, but this one is for lead which has me more concerned than usual. *insert obligatory heavy metal joke.*

Model is a PRS SE CE Standard Satin.

Is it case or the actual CE? I always thought it was the case.
It is everything, as far as CA is concerned. Manufacturers figure there is no way they can rule out absolutely everything, especially as CA probably adds new things to the official list constantly, so just label everything the same way. It's a stupid rule, originated by good intentions.

"...skin lesions, stomach pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, rectal bleeding and on very rare occasions, death."
That’s me (seriously)shortness of breath does not apply) but you forgot the migraines and my seizures. Nope not dealing with death but it could rear it’s head around the corner.

How long do these specialists take to get back to their patients?

This is definitely dangerous! Send it to me, and I’ll take care of it for you. Your life will be saved.
