New Fret Job?

Starting from the 15th fret on the high E, all the notes are the same (dead and super high...almost like they were being fretted by the pickup). If I bend the string up a bit, its fine. All the other strings are fine. Do I have fret issues?

Have a real setup done before considering doing anything like a refret.

Maybe all it needs is a bridge or truss rod adjustment.
