New CU24, Ridge in lacquer on maple top

Hi! Recently purchased a new cu24(2021 model). I immediately noticed a small ridge in the lacquer following the entire seam in the maple top.
Not a big thing but noticeable when looking closely.
I have a 2021 DGT and have also had several custom 24's and 594's in the past. I have never seen this before on prs guitars.
Is this more common these days due to different lacquer beeing used or just a small defect on this specific specimen?
I shipped the guitar back but consider getting another one which hopefully don't have this minor flaw.

All mine have done this as they aged. My newest is 2010 and it has the same line.

Even my SE with poly that I bought new in 2008 is now showing the mahogany grain and seam lines through its black back.
