I think they are ALL good ones. Mine sounded incredible right out of the gate and I've never changed anything in it (for more than a few seconds).

I Was Being A Bit Tongue In Cheek. All The USA Archons Are Good. For People To Say They Can't Do This Or That (Like Some Do Say) Isn't Accurate In My Experience.It Is for That Reason Why I Said Maybe I Was Lucky And Got Two Good Amps.

Hand To Heart, If I Had To Pick One Amp To Cover High Quality Clean, Crunch And The Heavies It Would Be In The Top 10 Or Better Of All The Amps I Have Ever Owned And Or Played. The USA Archon Is An Incredible Amp.

Yes, I knew you were jiving me. LOL And agree with everything else you said, even though I haven't played the laundry list of amps you have. I have heard most of them, played a decent amount, but know "the tone" when I hear it and I have it now in the Archon!

I'm still loving this amp, but last night I was able to really open the taps volume wise, and holy hell. I ended up having to dial the gain back a decent bit on the dirty channel to get some articulation in the mix...playing Slipknot and Parkway Drive tunes. The dirty channel gain wound up just a smidge over 9 o'clock with the bass at about noon, mids and treble around 1 o'clock, tight switch on and my Horsemeat gain at 8 o'clock with the voice at 1 o'clock bass at noon, treble at 1 o'clock, and volume 10 o'clock. WOW! There is a TON of gain built into the Archon, especially when you open up the master volume control. What a great amp.
