Need wiring diagram to covert 5-way rotary to a 3-way toggle

Hi guys - I just picked up a sweet 1999 CE-22 with Dragon II pickups. It is all stock and I want to convert the 5-way rotary switch to a 3-way toggle switch with a pull-up tone control. Do you guys know of a wiring diagram I can use? Thanks in advance.
