Need the footswitch for a CAD Dallas 50

As the title says, I have this amp and have not been able to find the correct footswitch. Yes, I searched ebay and Reverb...no luck.

Does anyone have a line on one?

CAD means Custom Amp Design . I would contact customer service and ask them what the specs are.
