Need some help

No, it just puts the adjustable poles on the inside of the pup location. They work the same as before.

Well I didn't think that was the case. I just installed pickups and I think I have them out of phase. I also noticed that the adjustable poles are on the inside not close to the fretboard like all my other neck pickups are.

This guitar has push/pulls on both vol and tone pots. I didn't see that configuration on prs site so I used pre 2007 3-way toggle and just put bridge on tone ,neck on vol. I'm not sure why they are out of phase or which one to change. They don't sound quite like OOP condition that I have heard before they just sound weak and harsh.

Anybody have a suggestion?

According to DiMarzio, it depends on the pickup:

"Some humbuckers have a distinctly different sound if you turn them around. There is no right or wrong installation direction."

I don't know if this is only limited to their pickups or not. As I understand it, turning the magnet around makes that Peter Green out-of-phase thing happen (as opposed to turning the pickup around), but there's even controversy about that. So...caveat emptor.

Anyway, if the thing sounds crappy, then reinstall it with the adjustable pole pieces going the other way!
