Need help with installing Kluson Revolution Locking Tuners on SE 594.

I just purchased some Kluson Locking Tuners for my SE 594, but when I tried installing the first one, it didn't fit through the existing PRS grommet.

The Model Number I purchased is KRGL-3-NP.

Included with the Tuners were Kluson grommets, but of all the YouTube Videos I looked at (uh-oh ), the Kluson Tuners "should" drop right in the PRS grommet, with no modifications needed.

So..............................................................................................................

1) I purchased the wrong ones, and if so, what model do I need that will fit in the existing PRS grommets?
2) I have to take the PRS grommets out, and install the provided Kluson grommets.

Of the two above choices, I HOPE #2 is NOT the answer

You need the non-collared ones...

I can have them by this Thursday, so will the guitar be alright unstrung for that long, or should I put the original PRS Tuner back in, and restring the guitar until the correct Kluson ones get here?

Just took a set of these off a McCarty I picked up to swap them with prs vintage lockers. Have a full set in black. Unfortunately don't have the black bushings though.
