Need help verify a Core Custom 24

Hi everyone,

I'm buying a PRS Custom 24 soon from a local music store here at Taipei.
Before i buy, just wanna make sure what i'm buying is not a fake guitar. So i asked them to send me a photo and serial number. But i'm not sure is the serial number match and so.

And the serial number are :
12191054

Please help me out to verify. Thanks so much.

Real deal. There will be a space in the serial number. Up close it will look like this:

12 191054

That would make it a 2012 Custom 24. That serial number, 191054, is in the serial number group for that year.

Position 1 - Bridge humbucker
Position 2 - Bridge humbucker & neck single coil in parallel
Position 3 - Bridge humbucker & Neck Humbucker
Position 4 - Neck single coil & bridge single coil in parallel
Position 5 - Neck humbucker

No push/pull
