Need help, Is this PRS SC Trem Genuine ?

today i stumble upon PRS SC Trem 2008 in blue matteo color with quilt top, but as i'm new in the world of PRS i need help identifying if this guitar genuine or counterfeit/fake. Also what is the fair price for this beauty ? This is the images that i got from seller :

Price wise... IDK it's a buyer's market right now, check completed listings on eBay. I guess $1500 + or - would be in the ballpark. Lots of great guitars are in that sweet spot at the moment.

08 was the 1st year for hollow birds, but those have the Classic birds, so I would assume it's a very early 08.

kinda hate the hollow birds, so when i see the classic birds, just made the decision easier for me
