Yes it is new car day. The Mustang turned 85,000 and I had to commit to keep it long time or trade it in.........I caved and in its place is a brand new 2014 Camaro SS/RS. I love the color, had a 68 Nova in the same color years ago. 6speed, aluminum V8 with 426 hp, heads up display, satellite radio, and all the toys.......lovin it.

 
Thanks for posting a pic of the front...most people will only see it from the rear ;) Is that Banana Yellow?

I admit to being envious! I love the color as well. I had a Gran Torino Elite in about that same color in 1975. Totally *****'in Bruddah :rock:

That LS3 is a great small block. Did you get the dual mode exhaust or Recaro seat options as well?

i like to to not pay for too many options but I did get the optional short throw shifter and the dual mode exhaust. The exhaust is ingenious to be both quiet and loud when you want it to be. The Recaro seats.....nice for driving aggressive but I have heard they suck for regular driving, especially long distances, because there is ONE seating position and you can't shift around to change position so I opted against them.

This is true about the Recaro seat option. I wasn't aware if this was a weekend racer or daily driver, but nice choice on the short throw shifter. I've drove a 1LE pkg with the short throw, good times.
