NCD - New Case Day

When I got my Core Starla with "Hardshell Case" the guitar is fantastic (thanks Dave's!) and the case is a SE HB case. Not what I really wanted but worked.

Thanks to ya'll, I ordered one of the new ATA cases from the PRS Accessories store. PRS shipped out the latest ATA cases this week and I just received mine.

The Case

This case fits my Starla like a glove and is very light. Thanks PRS for making a nice case that isn't too heavy or expensive and very protective!

The little pad on the top for the bottom of the guitar fits right in between the Bigsby and makes no resistance.

The only thing that bums me out about these is that there’s only like, eleven birds on it. PRS seems kinda stingy not adding a few more.

The Starla has even less, but why two less? I should only have to bend it to the owl!

Maybe I'll darken the case birds to match the Starla missing birds, for case clarity.
