Wasn't really planning on buying a Core model, after I just got an S2 Custom 24 (35th Anniversary) about 2 months ago (my first PRS then).
But this mint condition Custom 24 was offered as a trade-up to my last 7 string I sold, so I went for it.
I thought the S2 was already a really nice guitar, and it is. But the Core Custom 24 is definitely at least one step up. The pattern thin on the Core is much easier on my hands than the pattern regular, and the pups are definitely more crisp and clear, especially noticeable on clean amp settings.
