Hi all,

Is there a PRS service where I can ID a guitar based on description and serial number? I'd really like to know exactly what I have.

most of the members here could probably ID your guitar from a few pics....

edit - you could email customer service with your serial number: [email protected] , but their earlier records are sketchy. So, if your guitar is not newer, they may not be able to tell you as much as you want to hear.

Thanks rugerpc. I didn't want to take advantage of people but I am certainly happy to if they don't mind. :biggrin:

Appears to just be a Early 2000 Hollowbody II 10-Top. They are amazing guitars! I love them. Have a FBJ Quilt Artist Pack i love and another Artist Pack HBII in production.

Thank you for writing PRS Guitars. This appears to be an Archtop II, quilted maple 10 top and back, mahogany sides, mahogany neck with a wide/fat carve, East Indian rosewood fretboard, Natural finish with Archtop pickups and piezo system.

So now I know. it is 10 top from and back and Archtop II. I wish it had the hangtag but I guess that was lost by the first owner.
