'Tis a great design Jon.

I am hoping to get the call today from my dealer that it landed.
If not today, then tomorrow.
If I do not hear from him tomorrow by 1 PM PST, I will call and see what is up.
If indeed it shipped last Friday, then it should be landing soon.

On a sidenote, a coworker cannot get enough of my SE Santana.
He says he could play it all day.
Took it home yesterday and brought in my SE Tremonti Custom for him to try since it has a longer scale and the wide/thin neck on it.
He is a very decent player, and likes to jam along with a few apps I have on my HTC One.
One app is drum beats, the other one is rhythm, bass, and drums, and you play lead along to it.

Arghhhhhhh Bummer.
Maybe mine did not ship out last Friday like he thought.
He got the bill yesterday though.

My Tonepro lockdown studs are there for the stock bridge along with the tuners.
Maybe next week as UPS has already came by his store.
Should have landed today if it shipped last Friday.

Okkkkkkkkkkkkkk, as I leave work at 2 PM my HTC One plays my new mail wav file.
Of course I am on the road, but I had a feeling it was my dealer.
When I got down in my town about 10 minutes from home, my Pioneer stereo starts ringing as it is connected via Blu-Tooth to my phone.
I look at the screen and it was my dealer.

He asked if I could hear music in the background, and I said yes, it was my stereo playing a KISS song but kind of muted as it does when a phone call comes in.
He goes, no, that is your new guitar playing
Then I could hear it.

So it came in today, and one of the techs is there until 8 PM but off tomorrow and Wednesday.
Hopefully he can get mine setup today for me so I can pick it up tomorrow after work.

Now here is a decision I have to make.
He got two in!
I think the one on the left the finish looks better?
Might be the light too, not sure, but I need to let them know quickly which one I want.

The right one the two halves match better, but I like the color better on the left one.
Also an instructor there told the owner the left one played better, but mine is getting setup again with the new tuners and TonePro bridge hold down screws, so it may play even better.

He has a guitar ahead of mine to work on, hopefully he can get to mine.
They like the satin neck too!

Yeah, I have never had a choice before with all I have bought from him, this is pretty nice to pick.

So if someone else is looking for one and they live close, they should drop in and snag it.
I am not sure if he does Internet sales or not.

Picked it up during lunch today, very nice.
I will not have a thread up until the weekend though.
I want to take some time and play it first and get some nice pics of it.

Plus I am low on time doing pics and stuff like that during the work week.
I am going to try and get the Schaller Strap Locks and forum TRC on here in a bit though.

The locking tuners they used I mentioned in this thread are a direct fit.
No new holes needed to be drilled, and no headstock reaming.
The owner said you simply pull the string taut through the hole and start to wind, and it autolocks it.
When taking a string off you put a penny in the slot and turn it while also turning the peg.

PS, just found out my ZM does not fit the PRS multifit/Vintage case.
Same problem I had with my SE Tremonti Custom, she be to fat

The lower body is thick, thus not settling down in the case, and the neck does not lay flat.
For the Tremonti I got the:
SKB Injection Molded Guitar Case, PRS Shaped Interior, TSA Latches with wheels (3i-4214-PRS)

Looks like they have the older ones still that has the black interior.

It has the newer light gray color inside.
The will let the ZM lay perfectly flat.
Right now I have to force the PRS hardshell case to close the lid over the ZM.

Also my dealer gave me the guitar on the right, and I wanted the left one.
It looks good though, I think it was the camera shot he got.
Also the one on the right was the one the instructor said played better I guess.

Played it for a bit, I like it.
Wish I had time to do the pics and new thread and all, but I have to hit the hay here in a few hours.
I will not be so rushed during the weekend.
