My PRS was sold to me with zebra pickups but it's advertised in the catalogue with all black pickups

Hey! I have this lovely red SE 245 I got from PMT in the UK.

It wasn't until I looked it up online that I saw that they advertise it with all black pickups - I adore the zebra aesthetic for the record

But does anyone know why mine came out the factory looking different to the one they advertised in the catalogue?

Seriously, though, it might just be luck of the draw. I've seen pictures of them both ways.

They made them for a number of years. They’re weren’t all the same.
