Hiya. So, have posted songs in the Studio and Stage forum, but thought I'd post this here. I'm in the process of building a career doing voice over, have a few jobs under my belt and am enjoying the heck out of it, so I thought I'd share my website with y'all and see what you think. Any constructive criticism is always welcomed :). You'll recognize the head shot....

V Cool!!! Love the logo and great work on the samples! Thanks for sharing!

I've heard a lot of voice over talents in the past 30 years doing ad music. You're terrific, and your voice-acting is right on point. Anyway, in my humble opinion, you're as good as anyone out there.

Might want to hook yourself up with an outfit like The Talent Shop. I know they field a lot of calls for VO talent in Detroit. Car ads are all SAG/AFTRA, and they pay well.

I thought I WAS listening to a commercial! Really nice Ahazz!

Is this aspect of the biz like the music industry? In this media age, good voices are needed!

The most important thing for a VO, in my experience, is a voice actor who can follow direction and make the voice convey different attitudes and emotions. It's easier to have a so-called 'good' voice that to be able to do the good voice acting. Timbre is important, but if the talent can't do the other stuff, the talent isn't going to be hired.

This is one reason that lots of VO talents are also professional actors.

Aahz seems to have the necessary stuff.
