Unreal looker... but even better player! Love the neck and frets, thus the reason for my purchase. So far, loving it!

Crappy iPhone pic for now...

Very nice ! I almost bought it from its owner but have found several effective ways to resist GAS lately ;-)

I dug up the original listing too to check out the specs (the prior owner couldn't tell the difference between rosewood and mahogany so...):

Agreed! I just did a quick setup and changed strings. Really is a stellar instrument... At least it will now get played :)

Do you have any dead spots on yours? Playing a B note on mine at the 12th or higher, dies really really fast, especially on the G string at the 16th, or bending the 14th to 16th. Mine has been with PRS for two weeks now getting looked at, they've put heavier tuners on it, even higher tension springs, and concluded it's a feature of the model. I had wanted it replaced with an identical spec guitar, but they reckon it'll just be the same, so I'm talking to my dealer about maybe a DGT.

Killer looking and sounding guitars otherwise. Yours has a crazy good top too!

Man... sorry to hear that. I'd ask for a replacement as mine has none of those issues. I'm surprised that they said it would be replicated on a similar Santana. Like all guitars, there is more or less decay on various notes all over the fretboard. I've heard of some being more pronounced than others but not anything as specific as what you are describing on ONE particular model.
