I know this isn't a PRS but i thought as guitarists it may still interest some of you :)

Not all that long a go I was given a beast of a guitar by the generous guys at Warman Guitars as part of our artist endorsement. Having gotten used to the 'Snowbird' and knowing it was right guitar for me, it was taken back to Warman HQ to be turned into a full custom model.

So here it is, my custom 'Warbird' by Warman Guitars

Spec is as follows;

Neck Through design,
Painted in Matte nato green with bare neck,
Brushed aluminium effect scratch plate and electronics covers,
Floyd Rose Bridge,
Axe Works Trem-stop
Warman Guitars dual chrome screw fixings,
Custom Warman Guitars 'Dominator' Quad-rail in the bridge position,
Custom Warman Guitars HBP-90 in the neck position,
Master Volume with pull to kill,
Master Tone,
3 way pick-up selector,
3 way mini-toggle for series/single coil/parallel in the bridge,
2 way mini-toggle for phase inversion in the bridge.

Most importantly, it is AWESOME and will be making its live debut infront of a huge crowd on the 23rd of feb when we support the legendary HELL at The Assembly Rooms in Derby!

Cheers guys!

Well nice. Whats the tone like from the dominator pickup like as i was thinking about getting one to go into my ibanez.

Its a great pick-up which is very very high output. The tone is balanced with a tight bottom end and nice crisp top end.
I wouldn't use it for any clean playing as the amount of output will break up your clean channel. So I could use it for clean if i needed I have mine switched so it runs in single coil mode, but really that makes it a single coil size dual rail humbucker which is lower output than your normal full size humbucker.

Hopefully that made sense :)

My PRS has a Warman destroyer in which is also a very very good pick up with the same tonal characteristics but not quite as high gain.

We have also used Warman 12 Gauges which are very much like SD Invaders with a prominent mid.

Hope that all helps :)

I couldn't believe it at first either! Now we are proud endorsees of their stuff because we love it so much!
As well has the destroyer/dominator in the bridge, my PRS and warbird both have a HBP-90 in the neck and they are beautiful for clean stuff.

It's actually the HBP-90 that got me involved with warman in the first place, I bought one off of them this time last year for my PRS and they came to a show shortly after and it went form there!

Nice one. Might get a HBP-90 for the neck while i am at it. Wire them up split coil with the 5 way switch and un wire the middle single coil coz i dont use it. Thanks for the info.

Cool. Not going as far as that but was thinking about a push pull pot somewhere in there. Might not get te hbp 90 dont think its hot enough for the ibanez. I weill have to think about it.
