Well there are only two, but I guess that counts as a collection right? I picked up the 22 fret last year and the 24 fret a couple months ago, both second hand. The 22 fret is all stock right now but I have a set of PRS locking tuners coming in for it today. The 24 fret already has locking tuners and also a Mannmade USA trem and the lampshades. I've thought about replacing the pickups before but honestly I'm pretty satisfied with what I can get out of the stock ones on both guitars. And they are both quite sonically different. I believe that this is due to the different pickup locations on the 22 vs 24 fret and also the 245 "s" vs Santana "s" pickups.

All I can say is I wish I had tried out a PRS years ago. I recently sold a Gibson Les Paul and both of these PRS imports are hands down better guitars at a fraction of the price.

Dude those are gorgeous!

I have a collection also the SE Santana 2013 in emerald green ( my profile ) and now just recently a 2019 SE Santana singlecut.

Congrats! I especially like the bottom one which ( like my singlecut ) has the volume knob way away from whacking it accidentally.

Thanks for the compliments folks; I just finished up putting the new tuners on the 22. They are both great guitars and play equally well but I prefer the tone on the 22, especially the neck pickup. I can easily nail that early '70's Santana sound which I just can't do with the 24. Overall I'd say that the 22 sounds more vintage and the 24 more modern.

Bangin’!

Thanks!

more than one is a collection (except skulls). which one is best though?

Sorry I forgot to quote you in my reply above but I definitely prefer the tone of the 22.

Nice! I love the top on the 24 fret.

Thanks!

I love my 24 fret '17. It has quickly become one of my favorite guitars. Although, I am replacing the pickups with some HB sized P-90's before too long (I already have the pickups, just haven't been motivated to tear the guitar apart recently).

Mine replaced a double cut LP Special... Like you, it was the neck that really closed the deal for me. Fits my hand nicely. The LP's skinny neck always drove me a bit batty.
