My Archon 100 is cheating on my DG 2x12 cab!?!?!?!?

So I bought this EVH 4X12 Stealth loaded with EVH Celestions (greenbacks). It sounds sooooooooooo ohhh sooo gewd!!!! As I was playing. I started to wonder if taking out the two V30's on my DG 2X12 and swapping them out with two of the EVH Celestions and placing those EVH's(greenbacks into my DG 2X12. Just thoughts going through my head right now.

Feel free to chime in on this with opinions!!!!

If I wanted to experiment, I would probably leave the PRS cabinet alone and buy various Wharehouse Guitars speakers to mix and match in the 5150 cabinet. https://wgs4.com

Not surprising...the DG cab is ported, more of a vintage flavor. I'd think a 4x12, closed back, cab would be a better match with the Archon.

I like the HXDA with a closed back 2x12 PRS cab much better than with the DG cab. But the DG amp sounds spectacular with the matching cab. So there's that...

Any particular speaker??? I'm really diggin how these EVH Celestions 25 watts x4(Greenbacks) sound. Also the V30's in my DG 2X12.

Yeah the DG 2X12 fills the room with fullness but it's "loose" sounding in a great way. This EVH 4X12 is extremely focused, ALSO in a great way

I'm playing my Archon head thru a Genz Benz G-Flex 2x12, and I'm liking it better than coupled with my Boogie 2x12 (V30s). I'm a big fan of V30s, but their not my choice with my Archon.

I wouldn't touch anything on that 4x12. It should just about be perfect. Let it be it's own animal.

True true. One would think that the V30 is the best option but eh eh. No dice. IMHO the Archon already has the V30 sound "built in".
