Well all the parts came in so I decided to go ahead and throw it all together. So far the mods for this guitar had been a full electronics upgrade with CTS pots, Emerson Caps, Switchcraft 3 way and jack, Seymour Duncan JB Bridge and '59 neck pickup. Lately I've got the itch to get back into playing some of the heavier stuff I played when I was younger so I decided to take the route of the US Tremonti Pickups and make this my guitar for that.

I don't know if it makes difference as far as tone but I decided to order all PRS parts for the transplant mainly because I'm OCD about silly stuff like that. Everything is wired as the PRS factory except the tone caps which were already on the pots when they came so I didn't bother unsoldering and connecting in between the pots. I don't think it matters as far as tone is concerned anyway so it wasn't worth the trouble in my opinion. Also, what good are US PRS pots if you don't put the US knobs on as well? So I ordered some to put on there. Well without further ado, here are the pics.

May not be perfect but I think it turned out pretty well...

Thanks fellas, I didn't realize how much I enjoyed and missed learning and playing his music.
