More p24 stoptails in future?

I would have to guess that when he got those early orders, the stoptail wasn't a big percentage of the list. He had to make the layout changes necessary for a stoptail and so making both in the factory at the same time didn't make sense. When he did make them, he would batch them and so he built them when he saw enough demand to convert one of the CNC's (after he stopped using duplicators), to that program. I can see another run when he feels there is enough demand, but most of the capacity is still taken up with 594's and SS's.

Here's one of those hen's teeth:

The P24 was first introduced as a stoptail. The first 200 in a limited run, all stoptail, I. 4 different colors.
P24 Limited Run

I think they got a lot of requests for a trem version, and they became more popular subsequently.
I purchased one of the original p24 ltds in blue crab at PRSX that year. Great guitar, but sold it after getting a P24 trem. Wish I still had both. Congrats on finding the one you wanted!

It's here!!

First pics:

Bought from the fellowship of acoustics in the Netherlands, these guys were great - not my first time buying from them, bought a fire red tremonti from them back in about 2015, that I regret trading tbh).

Well set up and on first play, it's great fun, enjoying the piezo sounds through the amp and having the difference is really intesresting. Will be fun to play around with that for sure!

And the stoptail cu24 shape.

Bliss.
