I’ve had the MODERN EAGLE V for a few months now. Recorded with it and I must say, it is the most dynamic guitar I’ve ever owned. The pickups on these clean up perfectly. I used a wet dry wet rig and it definitely responds to whatever I throw at it. So do you have to spend this kind of cash to have something like this, yes you do. Everything about this guitar is perfectly thought through. The feel while playing it, the tone in every mode and let’s face it, PRS makes the best looking guitars out there. Living in Nashville for many years you have access to whatever you want in terms of high end gear for quality recordings and or live gigs. My small humble opinion is if you can get one of these, don’t hesitate. It’s all that.
