I would be very surprised if this is not a Private Stock. I really can't see this being priced like the Special Semi Hollow was - not that I would complain if it was but I can see it being maybe a 'bit' cheaper - depending on whether the finishes are more 'regular' and the woods etc chosen by PRS instead of dealers etc at most.

Like I said, I wouldn't complain if its not 'Private Stock' and priced as such, happily be wrong but I would be surprised of that was the case. I think its likely to be the PS Experience 2020 model and PRS will reveal their 'core/ltd edition' PRS model at a later date.

Yes, I would bet this is a Core Limited Run, as they have done many times before with the Experience, and taking a model from Private Stock to Core, like the "Signature" Private Stocks to the 408s.

Note that it has regular looking birds. Also note that it appears to have a Mahogany neck, not a Maple neck like the Private Stock run.

I really dig the Paul's Guitar, and thus can't wait for this one!! Like the Paul's but with even more great tones on tap...

Experience runs in the past, I believe, have danced at or around wood library price points, not full PS levels. I am all over this!

In the video, Paul said “this one has a curly mahogany neck”. I wonder if ‘this one’ means ‘this particular guitar within the run’ or ‘each guitar of this model’.

Call me a purist but a thoroughbred ME, to me, must have a rosewood neck. If this run will feature different neck woods, that’s how I want mine.

I think this will be one of those "as close to PS as you can get without being PS" runs, just like the Paul's Guitar released for Exp 2018 - it had a smaller eagle, but very much PS-like attributes, and was limited to a fixed amount (can't remember if also 200).

So this intrigues me, but I also know the Exp 2018 Paul's Guitars were priced a fair bit higher than a 10-top core, beyond WL even, so it will really have to have some special attributes for me to convince myself it would be worth it.

Great guitar to offer for Experience!

I’ll admit, it’s not really my bag, but I can’t help but see the glory in such a unique and well thought out guitar being offered at a (hopefully) lower-than-PS price point. Hope y’all that want one, get one!
