So I like to play drums as well as guitar, and I always enjoy watching videos of R&B/Gospel drummers simply because they're groove is unmatched....its just off the charts.
So I found a video of John Blackwell (Justin Timberlake, Prince) which I haven't seen before. A few seconds in I notice our friend Gary in the back layin' down the low end on his Private Stock Thunderfiddle. Right on, that sounds great. Man... who is working the wah back there? It sounds so smooth! Oh, Mike Scott. Figures!
This video is more of a compositional demonstration instead of a chops video, but I dug it and figured someone else would.
