Mic stand lyre/note card holder/cheat sheets

So I could use some help. I'm looking for a flip folder/lyre combo to attach to a mike stand. Something that I can easily have notes available for each song (chords, lyrics, etc) but is not big and obtrusive like a traditional music stand.

Any ideas??
 
Thanks AP, but Im looking for something like a flip folder used by those in marching bands.

The flip folder is easy to find, but a mic stand mount for one is something elusive right now.
