McCarty Vintage vs Locking Tuners

Sorry to bump a thread, but I’m looking into the Mann tuners. Just got a new 594 and I really wish they had left the Phase III tuners on there. I’d buy the Klusons, but the tuners aren’t white like the originals. Are the Manns really worth it at $190?

For what it’s worth I also watched my stock tuners to mann made vintage lockers and couldn’t be happier
