Have PRS produced at some point in the history of SEs model a guitar with a thicker body like a McCarty? Wouldn't it be a great idea? I would love one
McCarty body for an SE?

The carved/beveled top newer guitars are practically that thickness.

Bernie was thicker than McCarty and I believe the 245 and Tremonti are close, if not the same thickness as a McCarty. The Customs are definitely thinner.

My Akesson is definitely thick as well. But, that aside, thicker doublecut would be cool, especially with a 24.5 scale.
