My ME1 had a bad neck that was out of spec during assembly and not caught by QC, the dealer our the subsequent owner.

My luthier caught it back in April and it was returned yesterday. It was a complete rebuild with a new finish(the fingerboard was so shiny I could almost see my reflection)and original pups installed even though I'm the second owner...for free.(a third thing was done, but I won't divulge).

I had no idea the satin blue top was so pretty and deep.

Whhhhhaaaaa!? That is cray cray!!

And a testament to the kind of company we have all chosen for our guitars. I'm very happy they have a decent chunk of my money!!!

I live relatively close to the factory. Really is a good thing, that I don't live closer, I would probably be banned from the premises, I would spend so much time there.
I have not met anyone from PRS that isn't nice, talented, friendly, sociable & fun to be around.
Although the feeling might not be mutual. My point is, everything that they do, they do best. I have never had a bad experience with PTC or PRS. :adore:
