Also, does PRS make anything with hand rubbed oil on the back of the guitar neck, or other, extremely natural feeling finishes?

You can find that feeling on a maple neck or a rosewood neck. The maple actually has a VERY thin coating on it, but you really can't tell. The rosewood, on the other hand, is bare.

Lots of guitars with 24.5" scale not sure how many have WT or Pattern thin but if you find THE guitar PTC will re-carve and refinish a neck for $650
With some of the deals that seem to pop up on the forums that might end up being pretty reasonable
