Hey!

It’s been a while since I posted here. I’m looking for one of the elusive Mira 245 soap bar guitars.

If anyone has a line in where I might find one, please DM me.

Thanks!

It’s this beauty

Highly, highly recommend one.

Swap out the pickups for your choice of boutique ones and it really comes to life. I went with Wolftones and couldn’t be happier.
Yeah, a pickup swap would be in the plans as well. I'm not a Seymour Duncan guy. That's what the stock P90 were then, correct?

I am beyond impressed with the Wolfetones. That Mira can handle anything thrown at it. Cleans are lovely, dirt is nice and crunchy. It can even do high gain well.

The Duncan Antiquities in the 2017 594 run were different, and actually quite good. Sounded like the original P-90s in my 1965 SG Special.

I was pleasantly surprised, though I did like the earlier Duncans in my early '00s McCarty Soapbars enough not to replace them; they sounded good with the Two-Rocks I was playing at the time.

I have heard that those were much better.
