Low light in the truck and overcast with no flash...
Nice one. Those birds w the black outline. Yes.
That looks awesome!
Awesome! Can't wait for mine to arrive tomorrow, so I will drool over yours awhile if you don't mind...
Nicely done sir!
So hot! Glad you got back in on this! Mine is "Out For Delivery"
Nice, nice, nice. Love the burst on it!
And I love the grain lines in the top.
Thanks, all!!! That top/finish is crazy... it changes personalities a LOT at different angles and lighting levels. Have only played her acoustically.
Only had time to drop her off at the house on the way back to work at lunch. @bodia, I'm a lucky man living and working only 15-20 minutes from
the UPS hub... hehehe. For some reason, a lot of times guitars and speakers can only be picked up from the hub versus routing to the town
UPS Store. Dohhh. Looking forward to seeing "home made" pics of everyone else's guitars from this run!!!
Acoustically, this puppy is a LOT more lively, not just highs, but in mids and low mids, than my WL 10 Top 509. If it translates well to the amplified
world, sadly, the other 509 will be going up on the chopping blocks. Just not practical to keep two 509's for me, even though I love the old one, too.
and as in the drool request above, anyone is welcome to drool over mine until theirs is dropped off!!!
What do you mean "if it translates well to the amplified world?" It does. You're going to be impressed.
Killer top and color!! Beautiful score!!
Just think of it as a fancy way to say "knock on wood".... LoL!!!
I wore that thing out this afternoon/evening... Even had to break out some Mississippi Queen for good measure!!!
You guys are gonna love these guitars so much more in person
